customize AA

Our customer has a customized AA request as following:

1. AA answers the call only when either operator busy or out of normal business.

I think the only way I can do is to manually enable forward call from operator to AA in CCM at after hours. Is there a way can make it automatically if also need operator answer the call in day time.

2.Annouce name and transfer when enter extension. I didn't see how to enable anounce name in Unity when not using directory .

3.Hear "an operator will be pleased to help you" When press 0. Personally I don't think it is reachable because calling user only can hear the message when operator is not availble. Any idea can help me out here?
