Hi,

I have a Pix 501 with default configuration 192.168.1.1

and a 3Com ISDN Lan modem 192.168.2.1

on the external port.

To connect to the internet I open 192.168.2.1

and I connect trought the ISDN modem interface.

The problem is that I can't browse any site.

The Pix in the log say:

"110001No route to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx from 192.168.2.1"

Can you say me how to solve this problem

using the PDM interface.

Thanks.

I thought that was more simple to configure the Pix :-(

Mark.

This message indicates a route lookup failure. A packet is looking for a destination IP address which is not in the routing table.

Check the routing table and make sure there is a route to the destination.

You need to put a default route eg

route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 {next-hop address}

Thanks,

I have solved inserting a Static Route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

and the Defaulg Gateway = Modem IP.
