IOS Telephony Services. Can it support VG248?

hi to all,

I just like to know if Cisco's IOS Telephony Services supports the voce gateways such as the VG248? A company that I know of wants to use its existing conventional phones together with IP phones, but wants to do this without a Call Manager.

this http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_access/apg/vg248/v1_0/hard_ins/vg248hwp.htm#xtocid544516 says the VG248 requires "Cisco CallManager 3.1 or higher installed in your network and configured to handle call processing" so you'll need to setup call manager as well.
