my windows nt 4 sp6a workstations with the novell client (4.83) are not waiting for the vpn client to initialize before displaying the login screen.

my xp and nt/2000 machine with the same novell client are behaving properly.

i thought i had found an article dealing with swapping gina files to solve this but can not re-locate the article. can anyone provide a pointer or ????
