Softphone problem

I have a softphone configured, and it finds it's line appearances, and it will show an incoming call, but I cannot take it off hook to answer the incoming call or to make an outgoing call. Anyone know what is going on here? I'm using Softphone 1.3.1, CallManager 3.2(2)c, TSP 3.2(2)0.24

joe,

when you installed were you succesful in configuring the volume settings for the speaker and the microphone of microsoft's net meeting . ?

under device manager are all your audio/voice/wave drivers look correct no yellow exclamation points ?
