Cisco ACS 2.4 to 3.0 upgrade

Hi everybody,

I'm just wondering, I'm going to upgrade my ACS server from 2.4 to 3.0 with different machine, does ACS support automatic transfer all user account information between ACS, or do i have to type all those in again?

There are a couple of ways to do it:

One is to build a 2.4 ACS on the new machine, do a replicate on the old one, then do an inplace upgrade with the new machine to 3.0.

or you could dump the user database with the use of csutil -d utility and then import the same user database on the newly built 3.0 ACS machine.
