I am using Call Manager version 3.1(3a) with ART version 1.1(1). The system returns the error code "10011" when I tried to send the report generated by the system to me. Aything wrong ? I have already configurated the mail parameter of the ART. Should I need to configure anything else before the mail function work.

I'm still fighting this for PDF reports, but the email issue I solved like this: read the help file, which gives details of what the parameters really mean. In this case, ALL parameters on this page have to do with the SMTP mail server, NOT the Call Manager. It's kind of like setting up as POP3 account...

I installed ART y'day and could not find any info on first time userID/password. Do you which username/password to use for first time login to ART.

First time you use admin/admin for login, then you can grant admin rights to the users..
