Can someone tell me where I can find the current patch level for Cisco products (switches and routers)?

If you are looking for software, you can find it in the software center

http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/

Make sure you are logged in with your CCO username and password

Sadly, I don't have a CCO username and password. Is there no other way to get the current patch level?

You'll need to open a TAC case and TAC engineer can publish it(subject to entitllement approval). If you have a valid service contract, you can get a CCO account by emailing cco-team@cisco.com
