PIX 520 reboot with OS version

A pix 520 with 3 interfaces, with operative system version 5.3.4, 6.1.2 and 6.1.4 perform a reboot every 6-7 min. when their interfaces are connected to the network. The following message appear on console connection:

Watchdog timeout failure! Please contact customer support.

Rebooting....

The same chassis with the same interfaces and the same configuration, does not perform any reboot with OS versione 5.1.2. Please note that i noticed the same behaviour with different hardware (another 520 with 3 int) and the same sw and config.

Can you help me??
