VPN Client 3.6 : only ping work

Hi,

I have a cisco 806 router configure to enable VPN connection.

When i test a connection with a Windows 2000 or Windows XP (Cisco VPN 3.6) i can connect to the enterprise network.

Ping hosts inside the network is OK, but when i want to use an application like VNC Viewer, a Cute FTP, or net use command, the connection failed.

Does anyone have solutions ?

( Configuration client VPN 3.6

Enable transparent tunneling

and allow Ipsec over UDP

If i check allow ipsec over TCP, i can't connect

I'm assuming your connecting through the 806 and not to it.

I had the same problem to, except I was connecting to a VPN 3005 Concentrator. I found that it was the MTU fragmentation setting that I had to adjust to get it to work. If your connecting to the 806 then check to see if there is a setting that is related to fragment before IPSEC encapsulation. That is what I had to change to get it to work.
