Fast Etherchannel between 7507 and 7204

I am trying to get fastetherchannel (200mb) running between a 7507 (12.1.7e) and a 7204 VXR (12.2.10b) and I keep loosing my duplex settings on both sides when there is a cable loss problem. any ideas?

Also I am trying with between the 7507/7204 and a CAT 5000 and getting the same problem......

First of all you need to make sure that you are hard coding the speed and duplex on both sides. Still having the same problem, then you would probably need to open a case with TAC.
