The clients can't associate to AP350. The log file of the AP said:
Can not support all requested capabilities

Do you have TKIP or MIC enabled on the 350? Are the client stations running Cisco cards? Latest firmware? These are common reason you see the above message.

this AP works fine until recently users report that they can't assoicate to the AP. And the client use the cisco cards. but not the latest firmware.

I assume you've tried rebooting the AP. Have you recently upgraded the AP? What else has changed?
Previous poster is correct; TKIP or MIC are typical reasons for the error you get.
Try upgrading the firmware on the clients.
