I Have programmed five soft phone users whit a shard line, when I got a incoming call to the shard line all the soft phone rings, but after 5 seconds the call is only present on one of the soft phones, the call can only be answered on the soft phone thats still ringing. I'm using Soft phone 1.3.2a, Call Manager 3.1(2) c, TSP 3.2(2) 0.52
Anyone know what is going on here?

Hi,
your TSP version is suspicous for me.
AFAIK depends the TSP Version on the CCM Version.
At the first glance i would uninstall softphone and TSP.
After reboot make a new install with the right choice of your CCM Version.
