I has three router which has VWIC-1MFT-G703 modules.I want to connect each other with RJ45 UTP e5 cable.I has notice that pinout of the RJ48c.
I can configurate one E1 port "clock source internal".
Do the connection set up?

Yes, one end would be internal and other end should derive the clock from line to ensure sync.
