CCM 3.2.(2c)SP E: CAR Setup failure

I try to install CAR Tool plugin on the Callmanager but the setup routine

failed with this error

ERROR ---> Setup was not able to insert default values.

I don´t know why. Look this installation log

I am not able to suggest you any possible solution. Hope you have checked the documentation, release notes, field notices and bug toolkit etc.,

I have seen this issue before. Please do the following.

This is actually the answer of the TAC

It works fine!!!

Follow the steps given below to install CAR 3.2

1. Open registry editor, and rename the registry key

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows

NT\CurrentVersion\RegisteredOrganization" to a string less than 32

characters. (This string would be used in the header of all CAR reports).

2. Install CAR.

3. Rename the registry to the previous value.
