Does callmanager send dtmf tones out-of-band? If so how do you enable it? We have a nuance server that is not getting able to get dtmf tones from either IP phones or through a DT-24+ gateway. The nuance server needs to recieve dtmf out-of-band but I don't know if this is enabled or where to do that. Thanks!

You may have to update the firmware on your DT-24+ to allow it to pass dtmf. Where is the nuance server in relation to everything?

The nuance server is just an h.323 gateway off of the callmanager. It's on the same subnet and everything.
