Collecting router config files thru VPNSC

I'm using VPNSC to collect the PE & CE router configuration using the 'Collect Router Configuration Files' option.

Q: Once VPNSC collects the config, where does it store them? Is it in the Repository directory? If so, which files specifically. If I were to backup this directory, would I be able to retrieve my configuration files later?

I found this user reference. This has good documentation on the backup/restore stuff like that.
