Unity Viewmail

I have a customer that is installing Unity voicemail. They have purchased the viewmail licensing. The customer has a Novell Groupwise server. Can this Viewmail Client access Groupwise?

No, the VMO form only installs on versions of Outlook for Exchange... there is a seperate form for Domino developed by the Domino folks for use with Unity where sites are using Notes. There is no equivalent of VMO for the Groupwise clients. The voice mails will simply be emails with attached wav files (which can be played, of course). They wont be able to send voice mail from the desktop or use TRAP functionality, however.

Viewmail only works with Outlook. Cleint could change all cleints to Outlook connecting to both Exchange/Unity and Groupwise or use groupwise with imap connection to Unity.
