I would like to use MRTG to graph the # of B channels used throughout the day. Is there a device that can be monitored and what would the OID be whose value would represent the # of B channels in use.

Also is there an OID the would represent whether or not D channel is active on a particular PRI?

You should be able to use ISDN Management Information Bases (MIBs) depending what ISDN card you have. Cisco should be able to point you to those if you do not know how to get them.
