by cisco document, the uni-osp is used to authorize call from voip to PSTN.
but, how about oppositing direction, that is, can it be used from pstn to voip ?

Uni-osp is meant only for authorizing calls from Voip to PSTN. The earlier version ie., the OSP had the feature of authorising the incoming calls.
