What does this warning means?

"NOV 7 09:47:55 5/1 10256 SYSSOFT-4: IMM message not deliverable, message queue full, ce = 0x20202700, message type = 0x370000, message queue id = 0x85813750"

The closest match I've seen on my searches on Cisco.com is for ce = 0x21202700 at url http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/webscale/css/css_500/getstart/logms.htm, which refers to potential DoS attacks and routing issues.

Hi,

The "SYSSOFT-4 IMM Message not Deliverable" message appears in the log when a certain queue on the CSS becomes full, overutilized, or needs to state a problem. refer :

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/webscale/css/css_500/getstart/logms.htm#49937 for details.

I know. But the instructions on deciphering the CE field numer are confusing. According to these instructions, mine is #27, which points to "extraneous traffic" and potentially to DoS attacks.

As anyone experienced this symptom and how can I pin-point exactly what is causing them?
