Call Manager on ICS-7750 Base SPE

ICS documentation ( on CISCO-TAC Priducts and services ) says we can load Call manager application on system SPE of ICS-7750.

But when I run the online config-tool, it doesn't allow me to select call manager application on base SPE. Therefore I have to add second SPE to load call manager.

Does anybody have an idea on this matter sine adding another SPE means higher cost.

I believe this is because the base spe comes with call mamager so you should not be able to add something that you already have on that spe

I don't know how you configure the ICS in the config. In the ICS config toll go in the select option tab. Under the SYSTEM SPE Entry / Configure System SPE / SPE310-BASE / ICS BAse Application software You will be able to select SW-CCM-3.1-ICSBASE with a cost to 0$
