I found couple times after I installed demo unity, if I click switches>ports, it gives " no ports to configure", does that mean no port availble. Does that mean there is no port that I can use?
If this is an analog integration you must install the Dialogic voice board software when you install Unity, and if this is a Call Manager integeration you need to install the the Cisco Unity - CM TSP after installing Unity.
