Call Waiting: CM and 7960

I have a customer with a 7960 and three line appearances. One line DID, other 2 are shared office numbers. Office numbers have call waiting disabled and are set not to ring on his phone. His DID has call waiting on. When he is on the DID and a call comes in to one of the office numbers he hears the call waiting beep. Pretty silly problem but.....

There is a service parameter(ToneOnHold) in cm that you can disable system wide so the users will not hear the beep. Unfortunately, it is system wide. Set Tone On Hold to False.
