GSM 6.10

I am change the unity store codec from G.711 to GSM 6.10 now. Here is my queston :

1.Under the name tab, there are four names option: untiltled,CD quality,Radio Quality,Telephone quality. which one should I choose, or that just a name? Whatever name I save as it will take effect?

2.Under the attributes, which one should I choose,8,000KHz,8 bit mono or the others?

I have the other two questions, hopefully you guys can answer me together wiht my previous question:

1. Do I necessary change existing greeting to the same codec GSM 6.10 after I apply the GSM6.10?

2. Does this action need restart the server?
