Cisco2610 have 2 wic slots with default.

we installed wic-2t to slot0, slot1 ,but chassis detect only one module.

we installed 1 wic-2t in slot0 and bri in slot1, it works fine.

but wic-2t in slot1 and bri in slot0, it detect only wic-2t.

what is problem? we tested another 2610, but result was same.

The 2610 should recognize both WIC-2T cards, I'm doing this successfully in my environment.

If you issue a 'show diag' which wic slot shows a valid module and which doesn't. I would try switching the modules and see if the problem follows the module or the slot.

when I tested with 1 wic-2t to wic slot0 and then slot1, it works fine and

recognized well.

But when I install 2 wic-2Ts both wic slot0: and slot1,

it only recognize wic-2T in slot0:.
