Can one upgrade or reload the 4.X of Unity, I just bought/recieved a new Unity Server and would like to use 4.0. Is it downloadable yet?

Unity 4.0 is not yet available. Its official first customer ship date is tomorrow it will be a bit longer before you see it on CCO.
