IPM Problem

I launched statistics (defaultIPecho) between the 1 er November and on November 30 for a Frame-Relay link, But, this same link were DOWN during 20 days.

The result in IPM is as follows:

Total Completions : 99%

Is what this result is normal knowing well that this linkage were DOWN during 20 days

Normally one must have:

Total Completions : 33%

Is what IPM makes it possible to give the availability of a Frame-Relay link including when the link is DOWN
