Unity 3.1(5) Password issues

Unanswered Question

The global domain administrator account password had been changed on a customers network. The unity account for Unity is part of that group for that domain. The customer currently is backing up Unity from another server via veritas. There is no problem attatching to the local drives via veritas, only problem is the SQL Database. Denied access. Any help would be great.

I am a little confused here. An account can only be a member of group. Changing the password on an account doesn't affect other accounts regardless of group membership. What account does the backup product use to gain access to SQL? Does SQL login with the Domain Administrator account?
