In our installation we have a Siemens Hicom and a E1 Trunk line to a Cisco Router 3640 GW.
We are using CCM 3.2(2)c SP E.
Everything is working fine.
But when an IP Phone is busy or in case of the IVR Route-point the call will be disconnect by the GW or the callmanager and redirected to the Siemens Hicom Attendands.
(It doesn´t matter if call waiting is activated or deactivated)
Does anyone has an idea regarding this issue.
