IPSEC tunnel between CVPN 3005 and Nortel Contivity 1700

I need to create an IPSEC tunnel between CVPN 3005 and Nortel Contivity 1700.

Are any know issues, is it going to work?

Are any sample configurations available? (I could not find them on the Cisco Web).

Don't have one for a 3000 to Nortel box specifically, here's one for 3000 to CheckPoint, it'll at least show you that the config on the 3000 is basically standard (just match up your Phase 1 and 2 lifetimes and you should be fine):
