CiscoWorks 2000 - Paging

i have 2 admin folks, but one of them is ONLY concerned with what goes on with the WAN / Remote offices. I'm currently having pages and emails sent out for all problems to both folks. Is there a way to send one person all alerts, but only send the other person alerts that pertain to the wan or remote offices?

If this can be done, what are the basic steps?

You can send the email alerts about the device faults using the Ciscoworks Device Fault Manager. And it can be customised to send the email alerts selectively also. More info on this can be found at:

Similar thing should be possible in the CiscoWorks Routed WAN Management Solution .Or I think, you could make the CIscoworks Fault manager work with the Ciscoworks Router Wan Manager . This should help you.
