ISDN Bearer Capability fix for CCM 3.1

My Outbound ISDN calls are failing from a third party H323 device which is setting the bearer cap. at 0x8890A5. I have read:

Which tells me how to fix this for IOS gateways, but my gateways are 6608's. Is there a setting in CCM to override the bearer cap? I will be upgrading to 3.3 soon, maybe a fix there?

I think there is no other way except using H323 device from Cisco or the third party H323 device ISDN bearer capability should be changed as Cisco parameters
