hear the partial system prompt when access mailbox.

Enviroment:

Unity 3.15 with 12 ports dilogic card connected to NEC2000 PBX.

Somethimes when user press message button they only hear a part of the system promt, the very beginning part just didn't played. Is there a way we can modify some delay parameter on the dilogic card so that unity has some seconds delay before play the prompt ?

There's a Unity setting (not a Dialogic setting) that you can use. Set "DelayBeforeOpening=x" where x is in seconds in the [Configuration] section of the switch file. This should give a bit of a delay. Changing this setting will require a Unity restart.

The name of the file will be located here in the Windows Registry...

HKLM\Software\Active Voice\MIU\1.0\Initialization\SwitchX\Switch Configuration File

This file will be located in the \CommServer\Intlib directory.
