Hello,

I have CCM 3.1(2c) version

three MGCP VG registered CCM

one MGCP VG " A " number is 1234, another MGCP VG " B " number is 1243,

one MGCP VG " C " number is 5678.

when use "C" dialing "1234" can be connect to "A"

but sometime happen "C" dialing "1234" to connect "B" not "A"

use sniffer software at "A" office, collect packet, to analyze packet value is dialing "1234".

from CCM log to show packet is "1243" not "1234".

so If we dialing dial 30 time, maybe have some error ...

How can I do to reslove this problem.

These intermitent errors might be due to the phone or gateway resetting or a circuit problem, such as incorrect PRI configuration.

You can go through the troubleshooting guides for Cisco Call manager to get some information:

The following document will be really helpful in troubleshooting the IOS MGCP Gateways.
