Flash showing "Partition 1 and a Partition 2" when I do a sho ver on a 2514

I am inspecting the config on a 2514 box i have. When I do a show ver,it gives me the following:

8192K bytes of processor board System flash partition 1 (Read ONLY)

8192K bytes of processor board System flash partition 2 (Read/Write)

I am unsure what this means. Is this just another way of saying i have 16 mg flash?..

yes you have 2 8MB partitions so you have 16MB total
