sending traffic from one dial-peer to multiple gateways

Hi!

I have following situation; two locations, 1 * AS5350 on first and 2 * 5300 on other. All GWs are regged to one GK. How do I convince dial-peer on 5350 to send traffic to 2nd 5300, when 1st is full? (on 5350 voip dial-peer, I have "session target ipv4:A.B.C.D", it doesn't work with "session target ras" ?why?).

Furthermore, one neighbouring zone is also sending me some traffic for 2nd location (one with 2 * 5300).

Any suggestions, please!
