Inbound Faxing Partial Receiving

This is our setup Pri --> ICS7750 --> MRP300 -> Fax Machines. We are using Canon 3175 fax machines. Quite a few faxes are only coming in part way, when before on the straight analog line we didn't have this problem. The sender is getting an OK on their end, so they have no reason to believe the fax had any problems.

Has anyone seen this type of issue before?

Is the PRI coming into an MRP as well (the same one?) or a different gateway (what type & version?). Are you using MGCP or H.323? Relevant parts of the config would be good. What version of software are you using on the MRP? 12.2(11)YV is currently the recommended version.

It would be good to start making note of what callers (phone number/fax machine types) have had trouble sending to your site.

Also, if you have one that fails more consistently, turn on 'debug fax relay t30 all' which will show you the fax negotiation on the router and may help deterimining who is hanging up and if there are errors.

It looks like our vender opened up a tac case and is handling this now.
