I have just installed AutoAttendant on my CM. Following the instructions, I'm now supposed to go into something called CRA Administrator. I do not have that. Is the Cisco Customer Response software a prerequisite?
Installing CRA is not called as a prerequisite for installing AutoAttendant. It is actually necessary for configuring the AutoAttendant completely. Hence, it is a must to install and configure the Customer response application software, before completing the customisation of the autoattendant.
