When devices are removed from the network, they are not being deleted from the device list automatically. They have to be deleted manually.

When you say not being deleted from the device list, are you referring to RME or Campus Manager?. If RME, then since RME does not do automatic device discovery, therefore has no knowledge of the devices which are no longer present in your network.

Is there no way to "automatically" remove devices from RME that have been taken off the network? Device Synchronization will not do it? How do I get these devices removed from Campus/ANI??

Once a new Campus discovery runs, it will not discover any of the devices which are no longer on the network. You can do a device sync with RME with this new info but the devices already in the RME which are no longer on the network would need to be deleted manually.
