IDS Security Console in VMS 2.1

Whenever I go into the Security Console and need to clean up the database (i.e., deleting an event with 2000+ hits), it takes an extremely long time for the screen to refresh. Is there a setting or fix that I need to install so it's faster??? CSPM also had a delay, but nothing like this.

There is no setting for this. Check the link below which has the option for deleting events from CLI

Also,not sure if you have upgraded your MC to 1.1.

No...we haven't upgraded our MC to 1.1 yet. We are working with our SC to get the software, but will the 1.1 version resolve the delay issue. This occurs even when opening up the event viewer. I don't know if I mentioned it, but we are monitoring 42 sensors.
