ISDN Q931 Cause Code 0x8AFF

Looking for suggestions on troubleshooting cause code 0x8AFF disconnect from a network beyond the internetworking point. Specific NPA NXX cannot be reached from IP Tel gateway PRI DMS100.

New CIPT installation and DID range. The calling NPA NXX is unreachable only from CIPT phones with new DID range. I'm wondering if the distant cellular service provider does not recognize the new DID as valid.

That is possible. But i don't see that call is getting disconnected yet (sa its not included in the debug here). 0x8AFF is basically a From a network beyond the internetworking point giving reason as unknown for disconnect.
