Having an issue with the softphone leaving a message on extension after getting CallPilot voicemail greeting. Does not recognize message is left and cannot send (79) the message, using IP softphone 1.3.3. The Physical IP phone functions fine.
Verify there are not dual desktop icons. Delete the older one and run from the more recent icon. Also may want to try and uninstall the softphone application and the TSP's, then reload the softphone application.
