Blocking Public IP source, based on group

Can I allow only a certain public ip to login based on a group, it looks like the rules apply to the pool address. Also could I use a public interface filter in some way to allow the public address to only talk to the pooled address handed out to the group.

Have a VPN3000 with Cisco 3.51c Clients
