Router ethernetCsmacd ports showing "Unknown-Duplex" in Topology Services

We are using CiscoWorks Topology Services to detect speed and duplex mismatches in our network. Unfortunately, some duplex mismatches are going undetected by the software due to one side of the link showing an "unknown-duplex".

After further inspection, it appears that ALL router ports with type "ethernetCsmacd" are showing "unknown-duplex" in device Port Attributes.

I searched the Bug Tool for a possible solution, but found none.

We are running CiscoWorks 2000 on Windows 2000 Server - Campus Manager v3.2. CM IDU 3.0 and CMF IDU 3.0 are installed.
