why does echo canceler make problem ?

hi

AS 5350 is connected to the PSTN with E1.

when i call to the PSTN end from IPphone or with the opposite direction and

instantaneously IPphone end speak up, that moment the PSTN end has a listening problem.

the problem was solved, as soon as i did disable the echo canceler fuction.

but surely this time echo problem was come out.

If echo delay is longer than the provisioned tail length, echo cancellation will not work.
