Monitoring Voice equipment with CiscoWorks - VHM

I have 2 questions:

1. Can you use VHM to monitor DSP's on VG200's.

2. Can you use VHM to monitor DT24+ and AS4 Analog gateways.

I am monitoring a CallManager that has 2 DT24+ and 2 AS4 analog and AS4 Digital gateways. I am getting a constant CRITICAL alarm on my Realtime Dashboard but therer are no issues with the circut. Is this a bug or does Cisco shy away from supporting these devices with ITEM/VHM.
