ICM 4.6.2 Integration with Verint Voice recording

Trying to integrate Verint Voice recorder with ICM 4.6.2.

The following details are being asked by the Verint server for the ICM CTI server.

IP Address, PG ID and port number. My question is what is this "port number"

The port number is the TCP port where the CTI Sever listen for connections. It is configurable, usually 42027. You can get this port from the CTI proccess on the ICM PG.
