We've upgraded from CCM 3.14b to 3.3. After the upgrade, we lost all DHCP settings. DHCP configuration has been re-inserted, but we can't get the gateway to register or show it's IP address, although DHCP Manager shows that the gateway HAS taken an address.

This is a big upgrade, first you will want to troubleshoot the gateway, go to the gateway and verify it is connected to the ccm, ( what is the gateway ? ios? 6608? agm?) each has different methods of troubleshooting.

Another thing you may have to do is disable the file cache on the tftp server, the 6608 needs the file in the tftp path to d/l its config.

Gateway is a DT-24+.

Hi
We are doing the same thing upgrade 3.1(4B) to 3.3(2). tested in Lab environment and found the same problem
Check option150 on your DHCP server settings on CCM, If you enable option 150, it should solve the problem.
All the best
