I can´t access via ciscoview to my Catalyst 65009

hi sirs:

I can´t access via ciscoview to my Catalyst 6509, but i can access to my others cat2900xl switches from it , i have ciscoworks2000 working togheter with Openview NNM, browser ask me for cat6509 ip address and after for read and write comunity strings then the browser send me this message

timeout for x.x.x.x (ip address of cat65009)

( i can pingin it from the server and i can see it via snmp from openview )

i checked both comunity string at ciscoworks2000 and cat6509 they are the same so i changed the preferences for timeout and it don´t work yet ?

somebody has seen this before, URL would be great !!!!

DId you verify that you enter the correct community strings in CV when you try to access the 6509?. Seems like some thing is blocking snmp traffic between the switch and CV.

thank for you replay, i thinking that is the software , because it work very well with the other switches, and i can reach it via snmp by openview but not by cisco view going to patch it or something like that, o reinstall all and to update the IOS from cat9509
